ATLANTA – A Monticello man can do the Dirty Bird as he dances all the way to the bank. David Oldham, 53, won $500,000 on the Georgia Lottery instant game Atlanta Falcons $500,000 Score.
Yogi Food Mart, located at 2403 Moody Road in Warner Robins, sold the top prize ticket. Oldham was in Warner Robins with his wife, a Weight Watchers employee, who was there on business.
“I was outside at the gas pump,” he said. “I was in shock. I couldn’t believe my eyes at the time.”
Oldham works at Ready Pak Produce in Jackson. He plans to invest the prize for his retirement.
