ATLANTA – A new Georgia Lottery draw game has delivered a quarter-million dollar windfall for one lucky Adairsville man. Harold Finley, 62, won a $250,000 top prize from the April 3 All or Nothing midday drawing.
Finley did not match any of the numbers from the drawing, winning the top prize. He claimed his prize April 4 at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Dalton.
“I didn’t have a reaction, really,” said Finley, a father of four. “But I also didn’t have a clue that I’d won $250,000.”
Upon discovering his good fortune, Finley was overcome with joy.
“I took a couple of steps back, and I had a big grin on my face,” he said.
With his winnings, Finley intends to purchase a new townhouse for one of his daughters.
“I’m also going to do something for my wife like buy her a new car,” he shared.
Liquor Mart, 541 Highway 53 E. in Calhoun, sold the winning Quik Pik ticket.
All or Nothing is a $2 game that offers prizes of up to $250,000 with four daily drawings.
Players can win the top prize by matching all or none of the 12 numbers drawn.
