ATLANTA – Georgia Lottery players can now win instant cash prizes by playing the Georgia Jackpot family of scratchers and also win jackpot prizes by entering the Georgia Jackpot second game.
The Georgia Jackpot family of scratchers went on sale statewide Tuesday at Georgia Lottery retailers. Tickets range from $1 to $25 and feature top prizes from $10,000 to $3 million.
That’s not all the excitement, however.
For the first time in Georgia Lottery history, players also can enter their non-winning Georgia Jackpot tickets into the Georgia Jackpot second chance game for chances to win a rolling jackpot.
In addition, players can multiply prizes to win up to $2.5 million using the spinning wheel feature. Each ticket submitted will be given two chances to spin the wheel to multiply the jackpot prize.
Jackpots start at $10,000 and continue rolling until the draw date.
Approximately five monthly drawings will be conducted. Each drawing will award one winner a jackpot prize and 20 winners $100.
The final Georgia Jackpot drawing will award one top prize of $250,000, where the winner has a chance to multiply their winnings up to $2.5 million, one second prize of $10,000 and 20 $100 prizes.
The deadline to enter the first drawing is April 12, and the drawing will take place April 14.
Winners will be selected randomly in each drawing.
