ATLANTA – A Georgia Lottery player in Pavo has three million reasons to celebrate. The lucky player won $3 million on 100X The Money, a scratch-off game.
Pantry 1, located at 9083 Georgia Highway 33 in Pavo, sold the top prize ticket.
The winner came forward Friday to claim the multi-million-dollar prize.
100X The Money is a Scratcher with top prizes of $3 million, second-tier prizes of $100,000, third-tier prizes of $10,000, and many other great prizes.
Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $24.9 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 2 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.6 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
