Atlanta – For the second time this week, Georgia has a new millionaire on the Million Dollar Giveaway Scratcher.
Someone in St. Marys claimed a $1 million prize Monday. Just two days later, on Wednesday, someone in Cordele won $1 million on the game.
The Cordele ticket was purchased at Green Pantry, located at 502 E. 16th Ave.
Million Dollar Giveaway offers players chances to win top prizes of $1 million, second-level prizes of $50,000, and many other great prizes.
Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $24.6 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program.
