Georgia Lottery Player Wins $100,000 Powerball Prize in Peachtree City
ATLANTA (Dec. 19, 2024) – A Georgia Lottery player has won a $100,000 prize from the Dec. 18 drawing with a ticket purchased in Peachtree City. The ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Powerball number. By selecting the Power Play option, the prize was doubled from $50,000 to $100,000.
The winning ticket was sold at Petrol Point Station, located at 100 Petrol Point in Peachtree City.
The winning numbers for the Dec. 18 drawing were 06-15-18-33-49 with a Powerball number of 07. The Power Play multiplier was 2x. The jackpot for this drawing stood at $69 million.
The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 21, with an estimated jackpot of $88 million.
Powerball winners in Georgia have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes. As with all other Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from Powerball benefit education in the state of Georgia.
